Biography
Candice Holdsworth is a London-based writer and broadcaster. She likes frank debate, especially on subjects that are controversial or difficult, and argues that people can only say what they genuinely think in an open culture of free speech and good-faith discussion.
She has written for and appeared on Spiked, TalkTV, GB News, the BBC, The Spectator and The Sun, and is a frequent guest on GB News, Plank of the Week and the Spiked podcast. She has written and debated widely on free expression in the social media era.
She grew up partly in Johannesburg, where she lived for 11 years, and returned to England at 18 for university. She holds an undergraduate degree in History and Politics and an MSc in Political Philosophy, and lives in London with her husband and three children.
